I chose this hotel for my parents to ease their travel after a long journey, and they were truly impressed. Mr. Yusuf's hospitality made their stay special, as he attended to their needs with genuine care. However, there was a payment mix-up that could have been frustrating, yet Mr. Yusuf handled it gracefully. Overall, a warm experience with excellent service, but just beware of potential payment confusions.
This hotel offers a remarkable experience with outstanding staff who go above and beyond to ensure guests feel at home. The owner, Mr. Usuf, is particularly attentive and treated my parents as family. While the food is delicious, it can be on the pricier side. The hotel is a bit far from Gulmarg, which might not be ideal for everyone, but overall, it’s a great place to stay for a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
I had a great stay at this hotel in Tangmarg, where the beautiful views of the pines absolutely captivated me. The rooms were equipped with heaters and electric blankets, which added comfort during the cold weather. The staff, especially Mr. Yusuf, provided exceptional hospitality, making my parents feel completely welcome. However, I found the prices a bit steep, and the Wi-Fi was down due to heavy snowfall.
I selected this hotel for my parents as a convenient stop on their way to Gulmarg. The personal touch and attentiveness from Mr. Yusuf made their stay truly memorable. They felt welcomed with a traditional Kashmiri qahwah, which was a lovely gesture. While the hotel service was outstanding, the value for money was not ideal, especially if booking directly. Overall, it’s a great place for a warm and hospitable stay.
